尋日飲完黑糖珍珠鮮奶,所以夜晚要食得健康啲~🤣<br />
但去完街已經好攰,咁我就好懶地買咗菜,用15分鐘煮咗個味噌蠔烏冬鍋~ 廣島蠔同蔬菜都超鮮甜!爹哋都食唔停口!yeah~成功令爸爸自願食多啲菜!✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻<br />
材料 (2 人份量):<br />
廣島蠔 6隻<br />
生粉(洗蠔用)適量<br />
清水 2碗<br />
紹菜 1 個(600克)<br />
稻庭烏冬 1個<br />
蒸釀豆腐 1 大盒<br />
雲耳(或本菇) 1碗<br />
芋絲 14扎<br />
調味料:<br />
味醂 3 湯匙<br />
鰹魚粉 2茶匙<br />
清酒 1 湯匙<br />
水 3湯匙<br />
味噌 30-35克<br />
(每個品牌味道不一樣,可按自己口味調節)<br />
做法:<br />
1. 紹菜及大蔥洗淨瀝乾,切段。豆腐切片。所有調味料攪拌均勻。<br />
2. 在廣島蠔抺上生粉,用水洗淨,瀝乾,備用。<br />
3. 準備一個大鍋,加入清水及調味料,以大火煮滾。煮滾後轉中火,鍋邊放入紹菜,中間加入烏冬,煮2分鐘。<br />
4.輕力加入豆腐及廣島蠔,再放上雲耳和芋絲,加蓋煮3-4分鐘。<br />

天氣咁熱,我都知好多keep fit朋友會想食雪條雪糕~想食又怕肥?唔驚!<br />

咁有咩好味選擇?等我介紹四款比較低卡又天然嘅雪糕俾大家啦!<br />
首先要誠意推介Movenpick新推出嘅熱情果味雪條!一條只有114卡,比朱古力皮雪條(200-270卡)低一半!😍😍😍<br />
點解咁低卡?原來佢外層唔係朱古力皮,而係熱情果芒果sorbet! 仲要有33%係真正嘅熱情果同芒果果肉!我幫大家試食咗,食落好fresh好香,雪糕都好軟滑有奶香!正!<br />
第二款介紹嘅係Häagen-Dazs新出嘅桃味sorbet,一杯150卡,只有一茶匙油,比同牌子嘅朱古力味同綠茶味少約兩茶匙油!我同Hayley試過味,覺得味道酸酸味味,甜度啱啱好!桃味就淡咗少少,再突出啲就perfect 池啦!😋😋😋<br />
最後係Movenpick 士多啤梨味同雲呢拿味,一杯只係120同128卡!不過唔好揀錯咗朱古力味呀下!<br />
除咗比較低卡路里,4款都無添加人造色素同防腐劑,成份比較clean!味道亦好天然,食完好滿足!(有時食咗啲低卡但好難食嘅雪糕,真係寧願唔食架嘛😝)<br />

用10分鐘準備好,放入電飯煲煮,就搞掂啦!廣島蠔啖啖肉,鮮甜好味~而且飯粒完全吸收廣島蠔的鮮味同日式醬油味,啖啖都好滿足🤤🤤 我自己好鍾意食蠔,因為又低卡又有營養!每100克蠔(約3隻)只有68卡,同一隻雞蛋(70卡)差唔多咋!咁食三隻蠔梗係滋味好多啦~<br />
